"LP.Ing Chotiyo of Koktom Temple" was the Sahadhammik with LP.Moon of Ban Jan Temple" LP.Ing Chotiyo of Koktom Temple, the 5 age monk master who lived long until year 2000 (115 years)
His old name was Ing Kornram, was born in the year of Pig, 1885, in the age of King Rama V. His father named Hon, his mother named Pim, living at Ban Ta Kai, Krasang Sub-District, Krasang District, Buriram Province. He was uneducated, the last son from the total of 3. He joined the monkhood when he was 55 years old, after the death of his wife, at Ban Nongkaen, Satuk Sub-District, Buriram Province. After he was ordained by just 1 day, he traveled on foot to Pak Chong district, Nakhon Ratchasima Province and met LP.Thep Lokudorn and adhered to him as a disciple. He practiced meditation skill with LP.Thep Lokudon for a while.
After that, he traveled and traveled all over Thailand without getting into the village or town. He preferred traveling into the deep jungle in the North, Lei Province, Phetchabun Province, Nakhon Ratchasima Province, Panom Dongrak Mountains, Khmer and Laos, respectively, by himself. In year 1994, he came out from the jungle for the first time and met people in Krasang Sub-District, Buriram Province. The distant relatives of LP.Ing paid respect and asked him about while he lived in the jungle, the relatives were very respected and invited LP.Ing to stay at Kongkamkoktom Dhamma Academy at Kantararom Sub-District, Krasang District, Buriram Province.
He was 107 years old by the credentials in 1994. Later in 1996, LP.Ing visited relatives at Phetchabun Provinced and his monk bag was stolen by a thief, the items for his traveling and the credentials were lost in that event. He went back to Krasang Sub-District, Buriram Province, to notice the primate of Krasang, but the primate told him that he was too old and did not have to make the new credentials. In 1999, LP.Ing stayed at Kongkamkoktom Dhamma Academy in Buriram Province where his grandson, Phra Arjan Dun Aneeco was an abbot this monk academy.
LP.Ing had passed away on March 11, 2001, when he was 116 years old. He got a special Royal cremation fire on April 1, 2000. When they burnt the body, the body was not burnt by the fire, it was just charred black. People had to beg LP.Ink's spirit for letting his body burnt by the fire. LP.Ing was a skillful monk, even LP.Moon accepted that LP.Ing was really skillful.
